No. Booking me as a reader for your event is not required. The event planning service is separate from the tarot reading services offered.

This will be determined during your consultation. However, event planning services typically include designing invitations/signage, budget planning, locating venues, narrowing down theme/decorations, help finding and hiring vendors such as caterers, bartenders, photographers, entertainers, florists, insurance providers, etc. We do not provide food or beverage services, decoration, furniture, linen rentals, etc… However, we can help find and hire vendors who provide these services/items.

Yes. Insurance is required for all parties/events planned or consulted for by Crescent City Tarot. We can help find the insurance vendor after the consultation and once hired.

Booking the venue and vendors (bartenders, florists, entertainment, caterers, etc.) is the host/client responsibility. Crescent City Tarot will provide contact numbers of vendors and can make reservations that do not require payment information. Crescent City Tarot can also act as a point of contact between vendor and client after the vendor’s services have been booked.
